What is a meet and greet?

Meet and greets are a no obligation, free of charge in person visit in your home prior to your first booking. In the meeting we will go over your pet care needs and get to know each other before you decide to book me. I will send you a form to fill out once your booking request is accepted, and we will go through it during the meeting. For dog walks, we may do a short test walk with the dog if possible.

Drop ins – 30 min

For pets who can be safely left by themselves between drop ins, and for dogs whose caretakers will return daily

Choice of 1 or 2 times a day

Litter clean/pee break

Food and water given

Daily update with photos

Plenty of play and cuddles

Medication given and mail checked as needed

Walks- 30 or 60 min

Based on each dogs energy and routine

Choice of 30 or 60 minutes

Update with photos

Food/treats given if requested

All dogs must have updates insurance

Any special behavioural considerations must be communicated in advance

Booking Policies

My Policies

  • Enough pet food and supplies must be provided for the entire sit
  • If medication is needed, all medication must be clearly labelled with written dosage instructions
  • Emergency vet info, relevant medical paperwork, and any carriers must be provided in case of emergency
  • New clients must complete a meet and greet before the first booking is confirmed
  • Full payment is due 24 hours before the booking begins
  • Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the booking for a full refund
  • Booking requests must be sent at least a week ahead of desired booking date
  • While I send updates and return owner’s texts within a reasonable time, I don’t guarantee a certain time frame beyond once a day unless requested
  • Indoor/outdoor pets will not be outdoors unsupervised under my care
